A number of problems exists which should be solved for successful use of QSAR methods in REACH. The next subtasks formulate these problems and briefly describe how they can be approached within ECO. Each problem corresponds to one fellow who will perform his/her PhD during the ECO. We will call such fellows Long Term early stage Researcher (LTR) in order to distinguish them from Short Term early stage Researcher (STR), who will get training within ECO only for 3-6 months. ECO will also provide funding for one Experienced Researcher (ER).
